Lee McMahon
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Lee McMahon is a Bible-thumping Catholic convert on fire for serving Jesus and His Church. A web and graphic designer by trade, he has spent over a decade in active ministry as a consultant with his local archdiocese and directing youth ministry for multiple parishes in NE Kansas. After earning his Masters in Theology from the Augustine Institute, Lee also helped establish the Encounter School of Ministry Kansas City Satellite Campus, where he continues to serve as an instructor.Lee is convicted that ordinary Christians, properly formed and sent, can bring the healing power of the Gospel anywhere in the world–and doing it abroad unleashes something in us back home. Lee and his wife live in Kansas with their five children.

Cassie Noeker
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Raised Catholic, but an encounter with Jesus at 19 radically changed her life. Cassie Noeker serves as the Associate Director of Encounter Missions, bringing passion and purpose to everything she does.
With a heart set for mission, she loves chasing adventure (a two-time Camino de Santiago walker), meeting new people, and sharing His love wherever she goes. Cassie's desire is simple: to see people encounter the living God. May it always be all for Him!

Maryse Gendron
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Maryse felt called to give her life to serving the Lord at 16 after experiencing His healing and love in a personal way. Since then, she has served in young adult ministry with a passion for helping others encounter Jesus and discover the joy, freedom, and hope found in Him.
Formed through both her home ministry and Encounter Ministries, she has a heart for prayer, discipleship, and evangelization. After serving on mission in Belize, her desire to bring the Gospel beyond familiar places and into the nations only continued to grow.

Peter Sinn
REGIONAL MISSIONS DIRECTOR, SOUTHEAST ASIA
Peter graduated with a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, Canada. He has led multiple teams in developing many state-of-the-art chips in the technology sector and is a co-holder of four patents. All these paled in comparison with the signs and wonders the Lord showed him during his mission trips proclaiming the Gospel in Belize.
The desire to work for “Him, and Him Alone” grew so strong that Peter quit his role in the technology industry. With the support of his wife, Vivian, he joins the Encounter Mission team to bring Jesus to all nations. Peter also serves with his wife as Coordinators at the Encounter School of Ministry, Ottawa Campus. They have seven children and one daughter-in-law, spread across multiple cities in Canada.
