These two leaders will plan and coordinate international mission trips (Belize, Guatemala, Sri Lanka, Rome, and more), train and manage 500+ prayer ministers from 50+ Encounter Satellite Schools, oversee in-country logistics and teams, develop new mission locations, and build partnerships that expand the reach of the Gospel. $275,000 to fund the Director of Missions and Associate Director of Missions positions for Encounter Missions. These two full-time leaders will oversee and expand the growing mission of Encounter Ministries by:

  • Planning and coordinating every aspect of international mission trips for multiple teams traveling to locations such as Belize, Guatemala, Sri Lanka, Rome, and beyond.

  • Vetting, training, and managing more than 500 prayer minister volunteers from 30 Encounter Satellite Schools across the country.

  • Providing leadership, management, and on-the-ground coordination of logistics, administrators, and translators while in country.

  • Strategically identifying and piloting new international mission locations.

  • Developing synergistic partnerships within each country to expand the reach of the Gospel and serve more people through the power of the Holy Spirit.
